It came a little dirty, so for sure is not a entirely-new fresh off production line product, but it works. The dirt is not very visible so no affect on performance.
Bought 2 of these for my dauhgter's. Seem to be working fine for recharging IPOD Touch.
It was shipped to me extremely fast and is in brand new condition. I'm very satisfied with this product. This product is exactly what I wanted. It also came with the connecting cord for the iPod.
I like the foldable prongs since it makes traveling easier. Had it a month and had not problems with it. Works great. It is slightly larger than the version without the retractable prongs.
Spend a little more and get a real Apple product. It is a "want-a-be". It is not made by Apple. Not very handy. Do not buy this. I just got mine and it does not work. The USB cable does not fit into the charger well and unless I am holding it tight it will not charge.
